Do you rely on star ratings from Yelp or Google? These services are easy ways to find out if you'll get decent service and food at a new place. In fact, a good online rating can really make or break a restaurant.

That's why restaurant owners can get pretty furious over bad online reviews - especially when they're totally made up. Last week a customer made some pretty serious accusations against a local restaurant.

The restaurant owner stepped back and listened to his employees, and made a big decision. You have to watch how a restaurant owner smacked down a lying "customer" who gave a bad review online.
