Print passport photos directly from your PC

Print passport photos directly from your PC

If you have ever needed an official ID photo for your passport, or other documents, you know it can be a hassle. You have to get in your car and go to a photographer's studio, the U.S. Post Office or a drugstore. Of course, it'll cost you, up to $20 just for a couple of small pictures.

You know it would be easier, and a lot less expensive, if you could just print your headshots directly from your PC. But, even that comes with questions. What size photos do you need? What if you're a resident of another country, what size headshots do they require for passports and other official documents?

The free download IDPhotoStudio is the solution. Once downloaded, it will open a small IDPhotoStudio screen right on your computer. From there, choose the photo you want to print.

Then, select the country, and the language for which you need your ID photo. For example, if you choose the United States, it will resize your headshot into a 2-inch by 2-inch photo. From there, simply hit Print Now. Or, choose Options, to select a specific printer to use, and to change the properties of your photo. You can choose one of 30-plus languages.

Note: Not sure which printer to use for your photos? Visit The Shop for some suggestions.
