When the whole family took a trip to Disneyland this summer, you ended up with hundreds of digital photos of everyone having a blast. Of course, you want to share these with the relatives who were there as well as those who couldn't make it. You could make a Facebook album, or share them via Dropbox, or burn them to discs and send them via snail mail. But we've got a better idea.

You should make a video out of all those memories captured in pixels. And we know just the free software you need to turn photos into film. Unsurprisingly, it's called PhotoToFilm.

There's a version of PhotoToFilm that costs about $16.60, but the free one works just fine - you'll just repeatedly get asked to buy the program (this is appropriately called a "nag screen"). PhotoToFilm is very user friendly. Just select the photos you want in your video, set the desired time each one is onscreen, and click the button that says "Go!"

You can even add captions to the pictures and import your own MP3s to create a personalized soundtrack. You can turn those individual shots into a unique film that you can then share with anyone you want. Click the blue button below to begin downloading - and one quick tip: This program will ask to install other software that you probably don't want, so pay attention during the installation process.
