Manage surveys, guest lists and more with Google Forms

Manage surveys, guest lists and more with Google Forms
Google Forms

Getting a large group of people together is never an easy task. I should know, I've been tasked with planning a baby shower with guests coming from all parts of the country.

How will I manage all my responses? There's a tool within Google Drive called Google Forms that can help. With Google Forms, I was able to create a quick survey-like RSVP so I can get an idea of how many people are coming, who they are bringing, who needs hotel accommodations and so on.

You don't have to use Google Forms just for party invites, though. Use it to plan a trip, create a survey about your business, make fun quizzes and anything else you can think of.

Getting Started
First, you will need to be signed into your Google account. Next, go to Google Forms and click the blue box that says "Go to Google Forms." Here, you will need to enter the form's title, add your questions, response options and any other information you want to be included.

You can also change your theme and header here, if you click on the "Change Theme" tab.
