If you've been reading or listening to me for a while, then I know you've heard me talk about "the cloud." For those of you that haven't, the cloud is just a fancy name for Internet-based services. Click here to learn more about the cloud and what it means for you.

One of the useful things you can do with the cloud is share files. There are plenty of sharing services like Microsoft's OneDrive, Apple's iCloud, Google Drive and Dropbox. While these are mostly free to use, they're not the most secure or private programs.

Microsoft gives itself permission to look through your files, and Google does the same. Do you really want big corporations like that, and probably the NSA, snooping through your personal documents?

To keep your information secure and only share it with the people you want, give Infinit a try. Infinit is an easy way to send, receive and download an unlimited number of photos and files with friends and family.

When you share files with personal contacts or links with Facebook and Twitter, Infinit encrypts the information before it's sent out. This way, if someone intercepts the data, they can't read your files or see your photos.
