If your computer seems to be running slow, and virus scan shows that it's clean, you could be running out of hard drive space. There are a lot of things you can do to free up space on your hard drive, like defragging your hard drive and removing bloatware.

Eventually, though, you may have to start erasing files from your disk or moving them to another hard drive. It makes sense to move or erase the largest files first.

Do you know which files are taking up the most room on your hard drive? You can comb through files and take a guess, or you can let one little program do it for you.

WizTree scans your hard drive for the biggest files and folders and give you results in record time -- it's lightning-fast and efficient. You can sort the contents of your drive by folder size, then delete files with just one click.

You can also instantly view the top 1,000 largest files, which can give you a clue as to what's taking up the most space on your hard drive, like a large number of picture files.

Be careful when you delete files! WizTree may locate and display some that are critical to your computer. So, make sure you check where the file is located. Unless it's under Program Files or Users, you might just want to leave it alone.
