eCommerce Manager

Do you absolutely love the power of the internet, marketing, and product sales?

We’re looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager who has a critical and trained eye for effective internet merchandising. You will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and selecting products as well as be on top of customer demand and sales trends for our online store.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. We want you to be excited to come to the studios and store every single day. You will work with a number of departments including Editorial and Marketing. In addition, we would like you to develop and include a product marketing strategy for the store inside our national broadcast radio shows, podcasts, and email newsletters.

This is not a start-up eCommerce site. It's been fully operational for over 10 years. The Kim Komando Show has been heard nationally for 21 years. The foundation is well-built and secure.

We are looking for the right person to take it to new levels. This is not a position where you can delegate a ton of tasks but, you will oversee the customer service team (two fabulous people!). You work independently with managerial oversight. The best person for this position is someone who truly considers themselves entrepreneurial.

Compensation Package

We offer a very competitive salary, depending on experience. Paid time off includes sick, corporate holidays, and personal vacation. This is a full-time, onsite position at our studio and corporate office in Phoenix, Arizona.
